Return/Exchange Policy

Returns Policy:

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at dm.underwear.us@gmail.com for the return address in China.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Please ensure that you prepay any customs duties (DDP) associated with your return. We will not cover import duties on returned items. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to accept any charges incurred, and your parcel may be returned to you.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at dm.underwear.us@gmail.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at dm.underwear.us@gmail.com.
